Project Sales & Marketing Coordinator Location: Shanghai, China
Key Accountabilities
• Conduct international product & service research and Chinese consumer analysis
• Communicate with international companies, namely developers, for the following:
o Collect, organize and verify business documentation
o Assist in collection, preparation and generation of promotional and sales material
• Ensure necessary information and material packaged and prepared and provided to sales and channels
• Follow-up, administrate consumers database and conduct reports
• Coordinate and organize events and activities, conduct post reports
Education Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above
Other Qualifications
- Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, multilingual is a plus
- Microsoft office proficiency, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- User experience in Chinese social network is a plus
- Capable of working in a fast pace and dynamic work environment
- Team player
- Detail oriented and good organization skill
